6. Subscriptions and billing
Before launch, insert exact price, trial, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, chargeback, and payment-processor terms. Obtain clear affirmative consent for recurring billing.
7. Intellectual property
The website code, branding, original content, and interface are protected. Public records remain subject to applicable source rules and law.
